PALMANOVA beach and PALMA PANORAMIC – FULL DAY TOUR

PALMANOVA BEACH

The Palmanova beach is located 12 km from the port of Palma, it has fine white sand and you can hire beds and sunshades. There are also restaurants, bars etc.

PALMA PANORAMIC: Depart Palmanova beach for Castle Bellver, arrive at Bellver Castle. This is the only round castle in Spain and it stands 500 metres above sea level. Your guide will explain the castle’s history although you will not visit the castle itself. You also have an opportunity to take photographs and enjoy the magnificent view of Palma. Afterwards we drive to the Cathedral.  Palma’s Cathedral is the second largest Gothic Cathedral in Spain and was built in 1230. Your guide will tell you about the Cathedral before taking you on a walk through Palma’s Gothic district. There will be 30 minutes for shopping before returning to the ship

00:00 Depart from hotel or port of Palma for Palmanova beach.

00:20 Arrive at Palmanova beach.

04:00 Depart for Castle Bellver.

04.20 – Arrive at Castle Bellver.

04.40 – Depart for “la escollera”.

05.00 – Arrive at “la escollera”, walk to the Cathedral.

05:15 – Arrive at the Cathedral, explanations from outside.

05:30 – Guided tour of the historic city centre, 30 minutes free time, shopping, etc.

07:10 – Walk to “la escollera”

07:20 – Return to your ship or hotel.

07:30 – Arrive at your ship or hotel.

ADVICE: Swimming costume/trunks, sunglasses and sun cream. Wear comfortable shoes because there are more than 70 steps and you walk about 1 km.

We would ask you to be punctual so that other passengers are not kept waiting, we will wait a maximum of 15 minutes after the advertised departure time.

The times are programmed with a margin of at least 15 minutes of the ship’s arrival time. You do not need to worry if the ship is delayed as we will be waiting for you and any other passengers who are arriving on the same cruise ship.
